I was rerolling a pretty decent Innoculator when one of the primary attributes suddenly became a secondary effect instead.

I kind of gave up on trying to make it perfect because it took quite a few rerolls to get the right # of attributes and it's good enough as is for me.

Marcopolocs
It happened to me again recent and it rerolled to the +5% crit and 10 crit damage on shocked etc.  it was also the attribute right below the relic enchant both times.
