DESCRIPTION:

With a psyker character (currently level 9, but received the item at lower level), I received a Relic Force Sword (item level 5 / power rating 22) that shows an orange "artifacts.Enchantment.Damage_bonus_based_on-_debuff.desc" text which persists even if I exit and relaunch the game or equip/unequip the item.

EDIT: The text appears correctly in the latest patch 1.0.2.
