Why can't you refund tech fragments for the leveling of construct abilities? This makes any kind of investment in early game pointless as you don't have a build in mind yet and have to fist wait until late game.

This feature or something to increase fragments really needs put in place. Something that lets you explore builds.

I forwarded your suggestion to the Endgame team. Their designers will take into consideration whether a reset function for the fragments should be developed. I cannot promise anything though.
