XBox 1 game: Profile :ultrek kor  player: utrek kor. Ragna frozen with explanation point above her head and store frozen. cannot move past Uthers Tomb that has been completed

our developers fixed numerous accounts yesterday so please check if you can proceed in the campaign now and can access the store! If not, we will resolve the problem within hours!
