[PS4] can't craft some items

I have the recipe memorized and it's in the list. I also have all the components to make said item and the craft button is lit up. I press craft and nothing happens. The number value next to the item goes down but I do not use up any materials. It only does it for some items and not others.

This is a long-lasting bug which we haven't yet fixed though we got some clue recently so it will hopefully be handled shortly.
