Not connecting to game Servers on PS4?

Am I alone in the fact that I cannot get signed into the game servers correctly?  I tried it today, and at first everything seemed fine, but no missions were loading in, so i restart game.  At that point I could no longer sign in for a bit, then when I did get signed in, my characters were gone?


I'm thinking it was just a server hiccup, but I'm worried that I may have lost all my characters and progression.


Any help at this point would be much appreciated.

I tried to play and cant connect to the server, so why did you make it online all the time? You need to improve your servers

Yeah just got into coop with 1 player horrible lag and I got disconnected from the Neocore Server. Returning to title screen. 


Thanks i was able to almost play half of a 1 mission in coop, in horrible rubberbanding laggy mess.

Hope you get your refund. I had a group of friends gonna join me and make it our thing for next few months. Not gonna do that now. There goes ten players for neocore

Dude the rubberbanding is horrid. This is why i got rid the game on launch. They cant even support thier own game with servers they are FORCING us to be online with.

Well the menus lag again. Can't sell items etc. Im trying to get a refund from Playstation as its clearly flawed game

I bought a blueprint  but didn’t show up in my inventory 


and after finished a mission I was still at the mission area while teleport beck to base

Unfortunately our backend servers are struggling lately, the provider is working on stabilizing it. Once again the servers are back and running.

Same here: Purchased the game on Sunday and I was unable to create an account at first. Then it worked for a while. On Monday evening it was unable to connect to Neocore server when starting (after opening cinematics). Today it worked for a while, but now unable to connect again.

Please fix your servers or whatever, only got a few days off in a week and I can’t play, was looking forward to it ☹️ Got to play a few missions but loots not showing up

I am facing the same issues for the last 2 days. Impossible to connect and when it does work a few times then no missions. Extremely disappointing to buy a game and can't play to it. What are you doing???

Got the same issue yesterday - Today I managed to get online and now, I can only play some side quests - still stuck at Chapter 2 with no detection of my progress and I am also not able to sell anything at the Van Wynter Store. Loading times after finishing a side quest to get back to the hub take about 3 to 5 Minutes. Are you serious with that state of the game after such time after release? Dont get me wrong, the game could be outstandig, but those issues slowly make me regret buying it recently ... this is horrible ... when can we count with a solution? it is really frustrating :(

Not exactly working for me as well. Played a bit on Sunday (after not being able to create an account the whole Saturday and part of Sunday) and it worked well. Yesterday and today it seems to be borked. Takes me a few tries for the initial connection to the servers upon game start, and then, once in-game, there's a huge amount of lag when accessing the vendor/other NPC's. Selling items sometimes works with a lot of lag, sometimes it seems to not be working at all. I can't get into missions - after a few tries and getting "unable to join...", the game goes to a black screen and just hangs there (waited for 10min and just closed the game after that)

Do you have an estimated time until the servers will be up and running normally without constant disconnects on the ps4?

So update. I was able to play one Random mission. Now im trying to get something to show up on Random Missions screen, No missions visible 


When this Neocore server connection issue happens i cannot find any missions, Data terminal doesn't show any Active missions even tho i have 2 active before this server error.


Still can't get into Van Wynter Store store. Van Wynter side does not load and the menu closes.

Yes, I am still experiencing the same issue as the previous two reporters.  Does not get past the start screen; continuously says ' problem with neocore servers'.  Please resolve urgently as it has now been 2 days.  Must be some way of finding and resolving the issue.  Thank you very much :)

So now i can't even get into Store to sell items. I'm starting to regret buying this game. Please don't make the game connect online. I tried coop but it seems very hard to find players so online is completely useless in this game.

Hi i have this issue too, yesterday i could not get past the start screen. Getting kicked out of my game to the start screen. Now menus don't work i try to sell items in the inventory nothing happens. Same in Crafting menus, i tried to modify an item Reroll value pressed X nothing happened, suddenly my items Integrity went down as many times as i pressed before when it was not responding. 


Im trying to play a mission well it seems to load and then i get black screen so i had to restart. 

I get message "Something went wrong with Neocore servers after restart.

we can assure you the connection related problems do not affect your characters. The connection has been restored during the night and since then it has been reportedly working. Let us know if you still experience any issue with the game.
