No connection to the network "Network Error"

After i start totday the game i get ever the message "Network error" if i press Reconect nothing do.... yesterday i have play the game normaly. And yes i have a Internet conection ;)

its possible later to play the game without internet conection ?

I hope, that I will be able to play the Singeplayer mode without an active Internet connection.

(so I can play in the train when I go to work ).
