Multiplayer stuck searching for game

Got into the game again, tried multiplayer coop and it worked for like 3 games.

Now I cannot get it to work, I search for ransoms but don't understand. It shows that there are anywhere between 4 to 10 players waiting for up to 20 minutes ( was the longest I was stuck searching for players that I tested.)

I recently joined a cabal recently so don't know if this is affecting it?
