Is there a way to get morality (I'm a radical pysker) in one way or another as a given? Like if I pick choices that will choose high collateral damage and or etc? It is completely random? Thoughts? Answers?

Sometime you have answers with skull or flame icons.

Skull give 5 radical points, flame give 5 puritan points.

That the only way to improve your morality. (after main quest done)

Are/is there ways to increase your chances as to increase one or the other in the decision making process?
