I logged in for the first time since the server migration and I have lost several days of progress, on character levels, Ordos missions etc.

I'd appreciate any info on how you intend to fix this.

I have lost seasonal progress, gear, levels and characters. Can and will this be fixed?

Agreed. also several mentions of this issue on the reddit subreddit for the game.
