I acquired the Tears of St. Vespasiana journal entry for the Season of Judgement. I can see the entry in my Journal as well as pull up the entry parchment, however I have not receive credit for the seasonal Relic Warden quest to acquire all 6 entries. It shows me as 5/6. Please see screenshots below.
