- Melta weapon range
Does anyone else think that limiting them to medium range is too much of a handicap for inferno pistols and melta guns? I'm sure Neocore did that to stay consistent with 40k tech lore, but the end result - in my opinion - is to make these two weapon types next to useless. Given the close-view isometric layout, there's really no such thing as "long range" in this game anyway. There's also the amusing observation that light and medium melta weapons will shoot long range, they just won't shoot anything "targetable." You can shoot a dumpster at the edge of your field of view using a melta gun, but you can't shoot an enemy unless they're close enough to spit on?
Here's my suggested alternative: All three weights of melta weapons (inferno pistol, melta gun, multi-melta) have an AoE heat blast skill. In all three, that specific weapon skill should be limited to medium range, and everything else they do should be long range.
I don't use grav pistols either, but for a different reason. They just seem brokenly underpowered.

inferno pistol has a medium range but more destructive power compared to laser/plasma pistol. the point is this, i guess. when forming a build, you need to focus on defense like a melee. also the 4th skill works like AoE on hold button, also having a channeling tag
