Ran into unkillable Champions with Tarot cards in place (The Heretek Forge, Onslaught, Insanity). Default Intel buff was +heavy armour to all enemies. Grav-gun did no damage, neither did heavy flamer.

I had a mission with + heavy armor and my armor piercing abiilty appeared to be doing half damage to armored targets.

An update to narrow the issue down: happened again with +heavy armor hazard against Drukhari faction Talos villains (had +physical resistance as well, not sure if it matters). Champions on this faction were killable. Heavy bolter Concentrated Salvo was able to deal damage to immune enemies due to Armour Breaking tag (assumed).
