All bloodstain, bodyparts and bullethole are float and disappearing and reappering in cutscene. It is not critical, but annoying.

In steam community said about TAA or some video options but nothing works.

Did you try disabling High Shaders and lower the Shadow and Physics details? These can also help in the matter.
