Twice now the game has eaten my melee weapons! I had a thunder hammer rare, equiped I change my other weapon from a bolter to a heavy bolter - leaving the thunder hammer in place. When I started up a game my melee weapon was non existent and my model moved around with no animation. I surrendered the game and came back out and equiped another thunder hammer and went back in. Only to find exactly the same thing happening again.
