Well i finished all mission at vault hs-1011 but there is nothing to buy....

Edit: Ok works now, selling normal lvl 70 relics.

By cons I am disappointed by what is sold by the dealer. It is much more effective to warzone or tarot to loot relics.
I who was hoping to farm something for the merchant. Finaklement this dlc brings almost nothing.
I am on ps4 the wait will be very long to have the update 2.0.

I have the same problem. The magazine is empty. The counter indicates that I have to wait 24 hours for it to be reset.
Is this normal?
