I create new account, active account, fill the details and when go inside the game, click report a bug then the web login said "Your account is Blocked or Disable or Not Verify, Wrong passwords or username" even the main menu said I already login my account ?

This is the bug I got right now, stuck at this menu after play coop with friends and I can't even see other players chat about. I can't use Report a bug system so I must go up here ask for support and what I see is Chat Support now on Vacation to Monday. Second Big Super Impressive for 1 normal day.
