Failed misson error log

After complettion of surrendering from a mission, the mission failed window stays with the character. Escape will close it, pressing the OK in the window will close it, but in less than 1 second it pops up again. There is no way working around it.

I also managed to enter a game created by a friend, finished the objectives with success, but after I got the MISSION FAILED window again.

I have no other complains or bugs to rest except for this, at this time.
