Eliminate the needless grind

1) The item re-rolls. At the very least, give us the information we need so that we don't keep sinking resources into a futile endeavor (eg, trying to get crit chance on an item that can't give crit chance).

2) The three vendors. The grind required to level up these three stores is laughable. A few missions a week? Who came up with this? Satan?

3) Tarot cards. This one is on the same level of insanity as #2. Do you guys realize how LONG it will take to max out ALL of those cards? Do you realize how insane random leveling is? I hope you do...and I hope you fix this.

I hope you fix all the crazy grind. If you guys are insecure in your product, and are introducing artificial grind in order to retain your players, I can tell you right now that you're wrong.

You're wrong because your game is good, and it doesn't need fake crap like this to keep people playing. You're also wrong because fake crap doesn't keep people playing.

Good ideas and good content keep people playing.

As a parting tip, I would suggest you add the following:

UNIQUE RELICS ala Diablo and other ARPGs

Perhaps you're not able to do this for legal reasons? I don't know, but if you ARE able to, I HIGHLY recommend you add these.
