What level is it and what exactly does it add? Looking for some thing post campaign to get new characters to 40.

I think what InquisitorJake asks is what content is in the DLC. ;)

Hi,

you can reach level50 in the current basegame on console and level70 on PC (since the 1st Season is out for PC and will be out for console in November)
The DLCs won't increase the maximum level but will introduce new investigations and so.
