Deny Warp Modification

According to the "Psychic Combat" "Deny Warp" modification description, it should bestow Supreme Warp Resistance. Judging by the character stat sheet, it does nothing at all. The Warp Resistance value remains unchanged with either "Fiery Form", or "Endurance".
