- Level 71 Defensor Module relic

- 64 Energ Shield HP enchant

- Attempted to reroll it via the Modify / Reroll Enchants tab at the tech priest at the command bridge

- Resources are removed

- You heear the "Wooosh" reroll sound

- Nothing else happens, the enchant does not change

That piece should be bugged. Thanks for reporting it we will look into the matter.

In the meantime we compensated some of your losses.
