[CRIT] [TechPriest] Items are sometimes lost / lost then found / duplicated when interacting with TechPriest

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Take a socketed item filled by shards or psalm codes into your inventory
  2. Go to TechPriest => Forge => pull shards/codes, then install them back
  3. Do this several times

Expected result:
Both shards/codes ("filler") and the item itself are safe, and stay in your inventory.

Actual result:
Upon unknown conditions, either a filler or the item itself, may be:

  1. Completely lost
  2. Restored in either this hero's inventory / your another hero's inventory / statis chest
  3. Duplicated in same places as mentioned above.

WARNING: unstable reproduction.

Environment / experience:

  1. Game nickname: unixhorn
  2. PS-4
  3. The latest game version at the time of reporting
  4. Non-seasonal game
  5. Five 100 lvl heroes of 4 classes, total 1000+ game hours: Crusader, Assassin, Psyker, Battle Sister (two of them).
  6. Have been playing since Oct 2024.

Customer impact:
A player would be completely unhappy to lost a pack of archeotech shards / psalms / [archeo]relic items, the latter could cost them >>100 machine god's sparks and 15mln credits to roll the proper enchants for a chosen build.

Desirable compensation
As I lost a valueable item described below, would be great to have back:

  • Either a Seraphim armor, 90 lvl, 30 dmg red / 15 all res / 650 hp, archeo enchant "5% chance to trigger a Rosarius field on hit taken", 5 main enchants, plus 150 MGS and 20mln to roll enchants as I need,
  • ... or 15 blueprints of this armor, plus 220 MGS and 30mln to craft a good item, then reroll enchants.

First of all I am real sorry about the inconvenience this caused. I'll mostly be able to work with you on your required compensation. Please let me know what character this loss happened on exactly? (and/or which season/non-season)

Great thanks for your fast response.

The case happened with:

  • Game nick: unixhorn
  • Character name: Sister Unia, she is non-seasonal
  • Approx. lost time: May 14-15, 2025
  • Approx. lost value specs:
    • Sororitas Seraphim Armor, ArcheoTech
    • 90 lvl or higher,
    • ArcheoTech relic enchant: 3.6% (or more?) chance to trigger a Rosarius field on hit taken
    • 30% dmg red, 15% all res, 650 HP
    • 5 primary enchants, 0 secondary enchants; don't remember exactly which ones I precisely rolled, and their numeric values
    • Approx. cost to reroll these enchants, and change its apperance: 180 MGS and 18.4mln credits (corrected after the initial post)
  • If it's simpler to return as blueprints and resources, it's even better, so in this case I'd need
    • 3 blueprints of this ArcheoTech Seraphim Armor - to craft 15 items by myself, want to have high relic enchant number + 5 other enchants
    • Plus 6mln for crafting attempts
    • Plus 180 MGS and 18.4 mln for enchant rerolling to fit my build.

If I can provide more details or help anyhow else, please let me know.

Thanks again for your rapid answer. Just have seen something new in Sister Unia's inventory, attaching photo (sorry for the phone camera, it's a bit long to export screenshots from the PS).

In brief:

  • Chose Sister Unia, looked into her inventory
  • Saw
    • a weird 90 lvl archeo armor, w/o enchants at all (neither unique archeotech enchants, nor primary / secondary)
    • plus one Alpha Lootbox
  • Just out of curiosity, opened the lootbox, actually it turned out to be used 4 times (not only once) - surprisingly but pleasant :) Got some items like relics / archeo / ancient, plus shards and psalms. 
  • Should I STOP DOING anything with this character until you notify me explicitly ?

P.S. Can't upload images, as this feature isn't supported by the forum engine (TBD: please consider this improvement to ease communication between users and the DEV team in the future).
