After restarting the game after sororitas dlc install, worked fine for a day but today I'm getting content version error. I don't see any updates available to fix this.

Yes, I have that error as well around the same time as it hit you. I have not yet gotten the DLC though. Two of my buddies are still currently playing it with no issues, One in Scotland one in Australia. I am here in U.S though.

Just upgraded to the Martyr Complete Collection and now I’m also getting the “Content Version Error, The Game Needs to be Updated.”. I have uninstalled and reinstalled as well as various other resets and restarts and nothing works.
