Warhammer 40K Bug ReportHello, as I loaded the game Warhammer 40000 Inquisitor - Martyr for Xbox One I am experiencing a bug. The game loads to cutscenes and menus, but on the "press any button" title screen menu on doing so I receive the following error message: "Content version error, the game needs to be updated." The game won't run. How about a fix please?

Having the same issue. I tried reinstalling but I get the same message. "Content version error, the game needs to be updated"

We are working on the issue already. An update was pushed out on our backend earlier but the problem remained. We will keep digging to resolve the problem in the shortest time possible.

My game crashed as I was finishing a void quest map, it's 6am in Sweden though so there's hope for a patch soon
Même chose de mon côté, jeu fonctionnel le matin et puis le même message en fin de journée. Jeu désinstaller et réinstaller, toujours le même message.
As we learned, the previous fix we released resolved the login bug for some players but not for others.
I would like to collect some information from those players who still cannot login.

Can confirm this is happening to me also. 07:25am UK time (work nights and was looking forward to a session when I got home this morning!) First time booting up game I got a quick 'server connection failed' message but then it quickly established again but then keeps coming up with the popup in question.
'Hidden' console update completed and still getting 'content version error, the game needs to be updated' message. ☹
My xbox one just started the program successfully. Looks like it's been patched! Way to go dev/support teams.

The problem in question was fixed and we already received a few confirmations from some players that it worked.

Can this be fixed?
Not sure if it's connected, but the game had started crashing when I looked at my inventory, specifically when I sorted it. It did that a few times over a couple of hours then I got the content version bug.

Having the same error, i'm in EU region for some reason (is there a fix for that?) even tho i live in México and got the Martyr Definitive edition version in steam.
Did you try restarting Steam and reinstalling the game?
If yes, then try changing your download region in Steam:
Settings ->Downloads-> Download region. Set a new region and restart Steam.
Its best to also check if your Firewall and Antivirus does not block anything. Add the game to their exceptions.
Also, I can change your region in Martyr for you. Please let me know what your in-game account name is :)

Same problem here. I've been wanting to buy this game for a long time but I had surgery on my left wrist quite some time ago, and for almost three years, I've been dealing with recurring pain. So I mostly stick to strategy and similar games. However, this one isn't a bad option because you can play it primarily with the mouse, and with a bit of help from AutoHotkey (AHK), I'm good most days.
Anyway, I finally purchased the Definitive Edition a few weeks ago, and the game is great! Unfortunately, I haven't had as much time to play as I would like. Interestingly, my broder, who has access to play my games with his account, has played the game twice as much from his account, even though he barely plays games anymore! :P
So, I would appreciate it if you could switch my region from NA to EU. As far as I know, Spain is in the EU. :P
o0Hades0o or I think so... In game zero and capital O look the same, but I'm pretty sure is o0Hades0o and not oOHadesOo
