Hi,

the skills are weapon-bond which means you cannot use every skill with one character since you cannot wield all the weapons. On the other hand you can unlock all the passive skill trees and use any of them. Please mind that there is a limit in the number of skill points so its best to choose wisely and pick the most suitable passive skills for your character!

Yes, you can by using a consumable called 'Mind Reset'. You can get your hand on this at the Trader's side as well as acquire as a loot in mission.

As Marcoplocs said, you can't. Not until maybe later seasons where the character level will rise. But I don't know if there are skillpoints given, as I'm only playing on console where char max level is 50.

It's best to build around a particular weapon .If it's your first character defense and hps work really well. Those give you enough survivability to use any weapon. Then when you find a style you like, you only need 2 respec items at most.

Oops..Theres an item that lets you reset a single tree. That's why its a good idea to focus at first. It's pretty expensive and also an uncommon drop. Not something you want to be doing a lot.

Hi,

I'll add that it's pointless to learn all the skills, as every doing builds with various gameplay is kind of the essence of this type of games :) You can choose to go full melee, or be a shooter, or even only focused on psychic powers (ok, for the Psyker only, but you get the idea).

My point being, for now you cannot learn all skills (level cap too low), but trust me, you DON'T WANT to learn all skills, as it'd make the system of builds pointless :)

I hope there'll be a raise of the level cap, but I'm not sure I'd want my chars to be able to learn all skills... I'd say around lvl 65 max would be quite a good step to stop earning skill points, imho ^^

For instance, currently my Melee Crusader is lvl41 PR1150, has learned a lot of skills (but not all !!!) from HitPoints, Defense, Physical and Combat Trees. I'm planning on maxing the later and I'd need to increase the AoE tree a bit to maximize my build (i.e DualWield Shield+Hammer with 70% Deflect cap and associated bonuses), but I'd surely not want to learn all the other skills, as a lot will be irrelevant for my build (or even flawing it), thus letting me with bunch of useless skill points :)

Cheers,
