and nothing worked! is my character gone for good? i'll have to ask for a refund if it is.
The problems with our servers got fixed yesterday and since then we received no report about this issue. Please check on the game when you have some time and see if everything is back to normal.

Common problem for now, probably bound to authentication services / servers. We cannot choose a character and in the last hour even log on. I presume support team is working on it with the highest priority :)
