Warhammer 40K Bug ReportHi, i need help my character can't load and i can't play, heretics have taken over! ("Character error loading" is the error)

Our backend provider just fixed the issue on our end please log into the game and let us know if you still have any issues with the game.
Our developers are currently checking the server-related problems on our end. The fix will like to take a couple of hours but once it ended I will inform you here. Your patience is kindly asked until then.
Character loading error @ 2020/07/13 please help to solve this problem~
The problems with our servers got fixed yesterday and since then we received no report about this issue. Please check on the game when you have some time and see if everything is back to normal.
Our apologize for the inconvenience this issue may caused over the weekend.
I have tried everything from closing the apps to restarting the pc etc...
