current platform PC

hi i'm having a issue with one of the quest (chapter 2 : saving caius thorn) the quest won't show up for how many time i clear each location. my conclusion is that the quest is now glitch for unable to gain any progress. please need help to resolve this issue.

I am also having the same issue. I'm on xbox one and the biologis never showed after clearing the 3 missions. Now there is no story quest to do and no one to talk to.
