They did Van elsing for MAC, so I wouldn't put it beyond the realms of possibility. However I reckon that would depend on if they saw value return from doing all that for mac. Maybe the engine is the same or some other reason that would reduce the financial cost, but I personally doubt there is enough mac users to justify it. They need to finish the PC version first. :P
