- Captain Ragna - stuck on story dialogue bug
Did the same mission twice (it must have been a glitch but I didn’t realise). At the end of the mission I got a choice to forgive or execute the inquisitor (you get a trophy for each choice).
To progress I need to speak to Ragna. She start dialogue, and the end the ! remains and it is no longer possible to interact with her (for shop).
I managed to start the next chapter via the chart and I am able to progress but can’t no longer buy/sell items with her.
My PSN ID is BigHal (I think character is same name, but I only have one anyway).
Please can you fix this?

Please give us your PSN and the character's name which stuck! Normally it should have been fixed yesterday so we will check on it!

I'm sorry but I do not understand your point.
I said that it is not necessary any longer to post about the issue in question on our forum since we handle the upcoming problems regularly. This also means that at first we requested our players to provide their account name but for a long time now it is not needed.

The issue is related to our backend which cannot be fixed via patch. Naturally we will deal with it as soon as possible but until then we have a workaround and usually resolve the problem within hours or maximum days.
Are you conscient of what you're answering ?!
We gave you some money for a product which was supposed to be finished, and obviously IT'S NOT and WE ARE FORCED to beg for character unlock ??
I just wish the next time you buy something, you'll face the same kind of answer and forced wait as we all are confronted for more than 2 months now. It might put back your feet on the ground !
Ahhh you don't like people complaining because they have the feeling to have thrown money out of the window, SIMPLE, release a finished game instead of a bugged beta !

Wouldn't it be better to solve that bug for good through a patch ?
Love W40K and really am enjoying this game. I wish doing missions on harder yielded better loot (if it does I don’t notice it). It’s more fun on harder difficulty but you want to feel some kind of reward for it in terms of loot, xp or fate
Maybe something to address for the sequel ;-)
The issue is related to a more complex backend problem but we regularly fix this problem for everyone who encountered it!
