Captain Ragna is bugged and I cannot progress the storyline. I also cannot sell or buy items. I need help with this issue. Xbox username is Majin444 and character is Troy

Just posting an update. I am still having issues getting Captain Ragna to work. I am a new player to NeocoreGames and this is pretty bad when you can get through content.
