Captain Ragna bug - no shop access

I finished the campaign. One quest was still open. Played it again. Now Ragna gives me a briefing and then still has an exclamation mark above her head. But I cannot talk to her anymore and therefore not access the store anymore. Please help!

please check on your progress, there should be no problem with it now!

@STUMBLESMCGEE‍ our developers ran a couple of scripts which resolves the majority of these issues but in case you still experience it after my comment was posted please give reply back to me here! Thanks in advance!

@MARCOPOLOCS‍ I'm happy to report that things appear to be fixed. I can interact with Ragna, access her shop, and am no longer stuck in that conversation loop.

Is this confirmed as working now? As of yesterday (1/1/19) at 10:30PM EST, it was still an issue. 


Ragna is stuck in a conversation loop and I can't access the store or continue with the main campaign.

Same problem here ps4 qhungryzombieq char boss guts chopa this bug has been in game for years devs never fix it

I have no good answer. Have you stopped and closed the Warhammer program or rebooted PC or Consol if the program has failed. I have passed without problems on the Xbox.

Give it time if you haven't run into it already. I've been stuck with this problem for the last 3 days to no avail. I'm sure we'll get some answers once everyone returns from their holiday breaks. In the meantime I've built up quite a bit of salvage and keep doing side missions though I can't find a "Stolen Relics" mission to save my life.

Okay, I can access Trading now. Don't know if there is any unannounced server maintenance or tweaking that affects your profile?

I restarted and tried playing other missions. Even deleted the game and installed it new on my ps4. But the bug remains .

The game sync against the game servers regularly, perhaps something with internet connection with you or further away.
