Can’t sell items

I’ve just finished chapter 3 and Van Wynter seems glitched out. I can talk to her, but the “sell” button is grayed out. I can still sell groups of items, but I’m starting to have already learned recipes stacking no up. Any help please.

are you from? how you platform? nick/id. and better to attach a screenshot
