I have a Problem with my Password Reset, i recently bougth Inquisitor Martyr for PS4. Now i need to log in with my neocore account. I did not know my password anymore. When i tried to log in on your website it said that i have a legacy account and should request a password reset. I tried a few times but i never recieved the e-mail. it is not in the spam folder and i whitelistet @neocore.com. now i was able to log in with my facebook account but i still can´t reset my password because i don´t get the mail. I hope you can help me.

And i already wrote a mail to the support a while ago. But how will they answer me if i can´t receive any mails from them?
