Hi, after character crash in game (PC Steam account), i can't login my character (nick : Exanova, Crusader lvl 68)
I can login other characters and play with them but not him...
Error message : "Character loading error, try again, or try a different character"
This problem seems be recurring for some people and we need a fix faster please

I can play with my 2 Crusader again, after waiting 1 week but i can play,

last week, i leveling an Assassin, i can play him, it's ok (game integrity is ok)
yesterday, i leveling another Crusader and today after a crash game in mission.........................
i'm so angry and tired....
Day 6 and i lose 2 characters ???!!!!! srsly??!

bug, crash, character stuck etc
is unplayable, and we have 0 informations, communication, fix ETA or whatever

Since this morning : random same prob : can't log, can't found char, lost equipement, lost storage, can't connect, some time i get it back, some it my storage goes "a mess but with everything"... some time DLC not found.. some time everything ok.... big mess today...
