Cannot advance in game/story PS4

I'm playing on PS4 and am unable to continue with the story at this point. I completed the mission were you are supposed to retrieve Van Wynter's log book. The game froze after I attempted to leave the level but it eventually showed my character back on his my ship. The problem is it never went to the award screen or showed me collecting the book. Now I am on my ship unable to continue the story. I did notice that it increased my clue count for Van Wynter Legacy up to 6/11 but that is it. Attempting to do priority assignments does not fix the issue. Really want to keep smashing the heritics, please help.

Same thing happened to me on Xbox so its apparently an issue on both consoles where sometimes when you leave a mission your character teleports but it doesn't end the mission.Like,you can still move the camera and hits down to bring the map up and then when it loads you on the ship it doesn't count the mission being completed.

I was able to get my game fixed here but you will need to leave your PSN,your character name and of you are on PS4 or PS4 pro so i would go ahead and leave that now so it gets fixed for you sooner.
