Hi i have created a seasonal character and a non seasonal character but were is the option to skip the campaign.

I’m on Xbox & just tested it. When creating the character, on the part where you choose the campaign difficulty, at the bottom should be an option to “Skip Campaign”. On creating the character, you choose Radical or Puritan & get 300 points for whichever you select. Your character will be level 1 but the campaign is skipped & everyone is on your bridge.

for the option to be available, you need to have an existing character that has completed ALL story missions (not just killed the main bosses, finished side quests as well).

You can't skip the campain. You can only skip the tutorial missions. If you do so, you will start at lvl 5 with some gear and skillpoints.
