I own the dlc. And the new adept class is still locked. And cant stay connected. I am on Xbox

Please make sure that there are no pending files and you downloaded the update. It should be working fine. Please get back to us with the result.

The solution is to clear the cache ( while the xbox is running press the power button until the xbox shuts off ) and restarting the Xbox, i had this too.
