Causing Shock on an enemy creates an explosion dealing halved Damage and Shock to nearby enemies

work on Crusader at least.  Neither combination adds the effect to the weapon both in terms of the text on the weapon itself nor in actual play.  The second broken doctrine may be broken due to the broken Voltagheist psalm though?

It's getting expensive in terms of credits and materials to test these and a bit frustrating to burn six sockets into a weapon only to find the intended doctrine does nothing at the moment.
