Broken Psalm?

The Voltagheist Psalm is showing the effect of the Aegis Psalm rather than "Increases Damage Reduction soft cap by 1" as it apparently should be.

Is this a description issue or has the Voltagheist Psalm be broken by a recent patch? I've seem them with the correct description previously.
