On three missions in one crusade I received three Level 5 Cognis Shards! (+15% Ranged Damage each in a weapon) Those came from regular crusade missions too without any Tarot cards.

Note about Tarot cards & Crusades - I don't know if others have had this experience - but when I play a Crusade adding a Tarot Card seemingly results in worse drops than if I hadn't used it.
