In a seasonal character I got from Void Crusade final chests an Archeotec Arc Blade. However to my big surprise no improved skills, just the normal skills.

Half of archeotech weapons have improved skills, half do not. This is not a bug, just how the drops are implemented.

In point of fact, *all* archeotech weapon drops used to have un-improved skills. This was fixed a few months back.
