all items from inventory lost

Logged in today to check if the glory rewards have been delivered. Instead all inventory items lost. Most of them consumables. Yeah the expensive stuff.

On Friday I also lost the whole storage box. I received information from the support that I will recover lost items. I hope that today my items will return to their place :)

Yes, we can add your lost items back.

The problem also relates to storage. I put my relic's items from Tarot there and sorted them out, and after a moment they just disappeared  ! So I lost 5 relics. There is some way to recover them ?
