Hi I have this problem from the launching of the game. Earlier I created another user in my PC and this solve the problem, but it is VERY uncomfortable. Can I fix this bug and have access from main profile in my pc??

Our backend provider still tries to deal with the problem and sadly due to its complexity this will take longer than we expected. We would like to kindly ask your patience until the matter is resolved.
