When i talk to ragna van wynter after my mission i get the normal conversation but after that she still has an " ! " symbol over her head....It says i need to talk to her to progress so I try to talk to her again and nothing... Cant talk to her which means i cant continue the story or get access the store to sell items.. Please fix this bug as i cant continue the story

Just hit the Ragna froze problem at the Harbingers of Hate on PS4. This is a definte game breaker problem. Needs to be fixed ASAP!

It really, REALLY needs a broad fix.

No staff in the world can keep up doing individual problem-solving in a game like this. Specially when the bug is widespread, as clearly seen by number of reports here.

Ok I wont delete my character. Just tried it again and im still stuck.

This game breaking bug has been around for months. It should have been fixed BEFORE support decided to check out for the holidays. This is beyond ridiculous.
