When i talk to ragna van wynter after my mission i get the normal conversation but after that she still has an " ! " symbol over her head....It says i need to talk to her to progress so I try to talk to her again and nothing... Cant talk to her which means i cant continue the story or get access the store to sell items.. Please fix this bug as i cant continue the story

Ok I wont delete my character. Just tried it again and im still stuck.

Im having the same issue here on PS4, done a couple of doubled missions and Captain Ragna is bugged with ! mark even after talking to her which wont go away, cant sell and buy stuff now. Please help to fix..
