I am trying to combine several psalm doctrines. One of them is the Iron Psalm + Emanatus Psalm + Ordinatus Psalm + Binharic Psalm, which should give "All Critical hits also Stun enemies" :
I noticed that not all crits also stun, it is more like a "chance to stun" effect.
I recorded a few minutes of game play, where you can see that not all crits actually lead to stun. Or at least the Stun icon is not shown beneath monster suppression bar.

Unfortunately stun or any debuff still adheres to its governing suppression rules. In other words, the enemy still has to have a red suppression or no suppression at all in order to be stunned.
Set this current order state as My default.
