Unable to progress (Pls Help)

I am currently unable to progress any further.

The captain can be interacted with and she says I have a message from the conclave and then she goes on about a moon and cathedral then the dialog ends and the exclamation mark is still above her head but I can no longer click on her.

Would really appreciate some help here.

The problem you encountered just got fixed, please check Decimus when you have some time.
