Did you play The Incredible Adventure of Van Helsing: Final Cut in online mode and you cannot access your characters any longer? That’s because the game’s official backend provider – GameSparks – ceased all their operations in September, 2022. But don’t worry, we've got your back! Every online-created character was downloaded by our team and using this platform you can access them.

All you have to do is add your email address that you used in the game and you will be able to download your own characters. The saves come in the form of compressed files so you first need to:

Unpack the files and then place them into the SaveGame folder of the game

Here is the exact path:

Documents\NeocoreGames\Van Helsing Final Cut\SaveGame\Default

After saving your characters and placing the files into the Final Cut directory's SaveGame folder in the Documents folder you will be able to access them in-game.
